Upon completion of payment, we will hold your date as a confirmed booking. Full payment must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the visit or upon booking the visit if it is fewer than 7 days away.

Allister Malcolm Glass is a fully working hot glass studio, we cannot guarantee that Allister and his team will be making hot glass on the day of your visit. In this event, footage of the team making glass will be projected in the Hot Shop.

Applications for booking
All applications must be made in writing. A booking is provisional until the required payment is received. Applications will not be considered from persons under 18 years of age.

Cancellation
Stourbridge Glass Museum shall be entitled to cancel the booking:

• If at any time prior to the commencement of the function, it shall appear to Stourbridge Glass Museum that the person who made the booking has made a material omission from or mis-statement in their application.
• If the full amount is not paid by the group by the date upon which it is due. Full payment must be made a minimum of 7 days prior to visit date. No refunds will be issued if cancellation takes place after this date.

In the event of a cancellation by the group, the full amount will be refunded if the cancellation takes place 7 days prior to the booked date.

Parking of vehicles

We have approximately 30 public car parking spaces. Parking of vehicles is at the owner’s risk and under no circumstances will Stourbridge Glass Museum accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any vehicle.

We have a coach parking space at the front of the museum. Please let us know if you are arriving by coach, so we may reserve this space.
