We will hold your date as a booking. Full payment must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the visit or upon booking the visit if it is fewer than 7 days away.
There are two ways you can pay for your hire:

Or you can pay over the phone or in-person at the Museum using debit or credit card. Our phone number is 01384 900447.
Applications for booking
All applications must be made in writing. A booking is provisional until the required payment is received. Applications will not be considered from persons under 18 years of age.
Stourbridge Glass Museum shall be entitled to cancel the booking: a. If at any time prior to the commencement of the function, it shall appear to Stourbridge Glass Museum that the person who made the booking has made a material omission from or mis-statement in their application. b. If the full amount is not paid by the group by the date upon which it is due. Full payment must be made a minimum of 30 days prior to visit date. No refunds will be issued if cancellation takes place after this date.
In the event of a cancellation by the group, the full amount will be refunded if the cancellation takes place 30 days prior to the booked date.
Parking of vehicles
We do not have parking for coaches or large vehicles. The drop-off point is on Vine Street.
We have approximately 30 public car parking spaces. Parking of vehicles is at the owner’s risk and under no circumstances will Stourbridge Glass Museum accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any vehicle.
Smoking is not permitted in the building.
All visitors to the museum must comply with current government guidelines concerning Covid-19.
