We can accommodate a party of 15 per tour. If your party is larger than this, please allow sufficient time for staggered tours.


  • Admission £3 per person – self guided (group lead free)
  • With tour of museum included £4 per person (group lead free)
  • With tea, coffee and biscuits included £7 per person

Upon completion, you will find full payment details. We will hold your date as a booking. Full payment must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the visit or upon booking the visit if it is fewer than 7 days away.

Please note that the museum is closed on Mondays. There will also be no live glass making between 31st July and 9th August. During this period footage of the team making glass will be projected in the Hot Shop.


    Standard museum tours take approx. 40 minutes.
    Walking tours take approx. 90-120 minutes.
    Illustrated tours take 45 minutes

    Please let us know if you would like us to provide tea, coffee and biscuits as additional catering is required.

    • You can find us on the A491 Stourbridge to Wolverhampton road, just north of Stourbridge Town Centre.
    • Yes! The visitor carpark is located right outside the museum.
    • The closest rail stations are Stourbridge Town and Wolverhampton.
    • Bus routes 16 and 17 depart Stourbridge Interchange every 20 minutes to Brook Street (7 stops, approx. 10 mins.)
